Obituary Luther Burleson Contributed by Sarah E. Stead   [county name missing but certainly would have been Ellis] ------- County, Texas, Friday November 21, 1924 Luther Burleson died at his home at Stephenville Tuesday and was buried Wednesday in the West Side cemetery of that city. He leaves a wife and two children. He is also survived by his father, H. M. Burleson of Dallas, five brothers and five sisters, as follows: T. W., Jim and Rev. R. D. Burleson of Waxahachie, Walter Burleson of Dallas and R. E. Burlesoj of Midlothian and Mrs. S. A. Paine of Dallas, Mrs. R. h. Cornelius of Fort Worth, Mrs. J. D. Wakefield of Mt. Peak, Mrs. Walter Lewis of Waxahachie and Mrs. L. L. McMackin of Chicago.
