Ellis County Odd Fellows Organize Dallas Morning News - Dec. 20, 1900   Special to The News. Ennis Tex. Dec. 19. A large group of Ellis County Odd Fellows met last night  with members from six of the eight lodges in the county attending. Purpose of the meeting was to organize an Ellis County Odd Fellows Association. A permanent county association was organized with C. R. Gibson, president; A. A. McCrary, Ferris, 1st vice president; C. B. Lewis, Ennis,s, 2nd vice president; J. M. Harmell, Ovilla, 3rd vice president; W. A. Brundage, Midlothian, 4th vice president and P T.
