Funeral services for Georgia Pearl Wilson, 68, who died Monday night in a Denver City hospital,were held here Wednesday.Services began at 2:30 p.m. in the Spur Church of Christ with C.V. Allen officiating. Burial was in Spur Cemetery under direction of Campbell Funeral Home.
Mrs.Wilson came to Spur in 1931 but for the past 10 years has been living at Dickens with a sister.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Pauline Burchett, Lubbock,and Mrs. Odessa McDaniel, Spur; a son, R.C. Stapleton, Plains, two sisters, Laddie Herbat, Dickens, and Mrs. May Carter, Hamlin, and three grandchildren.
