MUNDAY - Services for Virginia Adele Williams, 89, of Munday were at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church in Spur. the Rev. John Hall officiated.
Burial was in the Spur Memorial Cemetery under the direction of McCauley-Smith Funeral Home.
She died Wednesday, July 167, 1997 in Munday Nursing Home.
She was born March 1, 1908, in Spur. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Spur and Munday, and she was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary. She married Louis G. Williams in July 1943, in Colorado Springs, CO. He died in November, 1969.
She was a teacher in Spur and Girard for 30 years.
Survivors include a son, Bill of Munday; a daughter, Beth of Medford. OR; two granddaughters; and three great grandchildren.
