Mrs. Nellie Williams Claimed By Death Funeral services for Mrs. Nettie Williams will be held tomorrow, Friday, September 25, at 3 p.m. in the First Baptist Church.

Mrs. Williams was born on April 6, 1875, in Pandola, Texas. She died suddenly in the home of her son, Gay Williams, in Abilene, Texas, Tuesday, Sept. 22.

She was married to T.J. Williams in 1893 and the couple came to Dickens County in 1919. Her husband preceded her in death in 1936.

She was converted and joined the Baptist Church early in life.

The funeral services will be conducted by Rev. H.L. Burnham, assisted by C.V. Allen.

Pallbearers will be T.B. Watson, W.C. Ingley, E.S. Lee, Babe Berry, Joe Long and Dean Young.

Interment will be in the Spur cemetery under the direction of Chandler´s Funeral Home.

Survivors include four daughters; Mrs. Lillian Corbin, Fort Worth,; Mrs. Mattie Elliott, Herlong, Calif.; Mrs. Lela Jackson, Spur; and Mrs. Sallie Rust, San Francisco, Calif.; Six sons; Acie of Fort Worth, Lonnie of Girard, Willie of Spur, Gay of Abilene, Burnice of Paducah and Jack of Spur; one sister; Mollie Nutt of Center, Texas; 31 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
