Services were held April 3, 1992, in the First Baptist Church, Spur, for Nina Faye Williams, 76, of Spur.

Church pastor, Rev. Genoa Goad, officiated. Burial was in Spur Memorial Cemetery with Campbell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Williams died about 5 p.m. April 1 in St. Mary of the Plains Hospital, Lubbock, following a sudden illness.

She was born January 13, 1916 in Wolf City, Texas and had lived in Spur most of her life, living in Lubbock from 1958 to 1976. A homemaker, she married Dillard Williams on March 14, 1935 in Spur. He died on December 8, 1990. She was a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include four sons, Larry (Toby) Williams, Floydada; Alton Williams, Lubbock; Jerry Williams, Lovington, NM and Robert Williams, Phoenix, AZ; one brother, Fred Neaves, Spur; three sisters, Doris Morrison, Spur; Elaine Ballard, Rochester and Mildred Simpson, Amarillo; eleven grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Grandsons, served as pallbearers.
