Funeral services were held April 13 in Campbell Funeral Chapel for John T. Stovall, 67. Rev. Paul Chambless, Monument, NM officiating.Mr. Stovall died in Big Spring. He had been a resident of Dickens for only a short time, spending most of his life in Bailey Co. He was a farmer.
He was a resident of Lubbock for 20 years.
He was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. O.A. Lambert, Monument, NM; Mrs. Henry Johnson, Lubbock, and Mrs. E.L. Lawton, Stamford; one brother, F.B. Stovall, Cedar Hill.
Burial was in the Spur Cemetery.
