Mrs. Sparks Died Friday After Protracted Illness

Mrs. Mary Lyle Sparks, wife of T.C. Sparks of the Pitchfork ranch died Friday of last week after a protracted illness, her remains being interred Saturday in the Spur cemetery.

Mrs. Sparks had been ill and suffering for some time. She was brought to the Nichols Sanitarium where three different operations were performed in an effort to save her life. Complications developed and paralysis of the bowels was the immediate cause of death. A number of relatives and may friends extend sympathy to the family in this hour of great bereavement.
