Funeral services were held Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the Spanish Church of Christ here, for Jose M. Rodriquez, 17. Minister Eustacio Delgado officiated.

Rodriquez died June 12 in St. Mary's Hospital, Lubbock. He was an oil mill worker. He had come to Spur from Post in 1972.

Survivors include his parents, Jesse Rodriquez, Spur and Juanita Gomez Rodriquez, Spur; one brother, Lupe Rodriquez, Spur; two half-brothers, John & Raymond Gomez, Quanah; a sister, Susie Rodriquez, Spur and a half-sister, Jamie Hernandez, Quanah. Burial was in Spur Cemetery.
