Obituary

Services for Edgar R. Robertson, 87, of Spur (formerly of Dickens) were at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 21, 2001 at the Hwy. 70 Church of Christ with Bob Martin officiating. Burial was in the Spur Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Campbell Funeral Home of Spur.

Robertson died Friday, January 19, 2001, at the Crosbyton Hospital. He was born February 2, 1913 in Baylor County, Texas. He married Eura Mae Morgan July 28, 1933 in Seymour, Texas. They lived in Dickens County since 1947. He farmed for many years retiring in 1974. He was a member of the Hwy. 70 Church of Christ in Spur.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, two sisters, and one son, Jimmy Ray in 1940.

Survivors include his wife, Eura Mae of Spur; two sons, Randy Robertson of Lubbock and Benny Robertson of Spur; three daughters, Wanda Braly of Spur, Patsy Wyatt of Spur and Glenda White of Spur; 13 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

Eura Mae Robertson, 91, of Spur died Wednesday, January 3, 2007. Services were 10 AM, Saturday, January 6, 2007 at Hwy. 70 Chuch of Christ with Eura Mae's grandsons officiating. Bob Martin will read the eulogy. Burial was in Spur Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Campbell Funeral Home.

Eura Mae was born June 13, 1915 in San Angelo to Luke and Etta Sexton Morgan. She married Edgar R. Robertson July 28, 1933 in Round Timbers, TX.

He preceded her in death in 2001. She was a homemaker and helped on the farm. She was also a very loving wife and mother.

She was also preceded in death by 13 brothers and sisters, and one son, Jimmy Ray Robertson.

She is survived by two sons, Randy Robertson of Lubbock and Benny Robertson of Spur; three daughters, Wanda Braly, Patsy Wyatt and Glenda White all of Spur; 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
