John Sid Richards Dies At Age of 81 June 20 in Dickens

Final rites for John Sid Richards, Dickens, who died Wednesday, June 20, at his home were observed at the First Methodist church, Spur, at 5 p.m. Thursday, June 21.

The 81 year old Tennessean came to Dickens county in January, 1933. At an early age he became a member of the Presbyterian church.

He is survived by two brothers, Robert, Stephenville and L.B., Austin.

Campbell Funeral Chapel was in charge of interment in Spur cemetery.
