U.S.Flag   Funeral services for William Foy Randall, 69, were held Saturday at 3 p.m. in Campbell Funeral Home Chapel with Doug Williams, minister of the Highway 70 Church of Christ officiating.

Randall died October 19, 1983 about 7:30 a.m. in the Veterans Administration Hospital in San Diego, California, of an apparent heart attack.

A veteran of World War II, he was a retired member of the Merchant Marine. Born September 18, 1914 in the Steel Hill community, he married Maria Hernandez in February of 1973 in Arizona.

Survivors include his wife, Maria Randall of San Diego, Calif.; one daughter, Jane Macias, San Diego, Calif.; two step daughters, Socoro Pina and Maria D. Pina, both of San Diego, Calif.; and one step son, George Pina, San Diego, Calif.; a brother, Clomer Randall, Spur; tow sisters, Mrs. Lillian Austin, Spur, and Mrs. Viola Newby, Snyder; eight grandchildren and three nephews.

Burial was in Spur Memorial Cemetery under direction of Campbell Funeral Home.
