William E. Potts Funeral Service Held Here Tuesday P.M.

  Funeral services for William Edward Potts, who died at a Veterans hospital in Amarillo on Dec. 16, were held at Campbell's Funeral Chapel Wednesday with Rev. Herman Coe and Mr. C.V. Allen conducting.

Interment was in Spur Cemetery with Campbells Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Potts was born at Colorado City, TX on Dec. 31, 1892. At the time of his illness several weeks ago he was employed at the Spur Bakery.

Survivors are, mother: Mrs. G.W. Potts, sister, Mary Gray, San Diego, CA and brother, Joe Potts, AMM 3/c with the U.S. Navy.
