Judy Ann Melton Owens Judy Ann Melton Owens 51, passed away July 2, 2011 at Arlington Memorial Hospital. She was born on July 29, 1959 in Dallas, Texas to Billy Gene and Margia Deanne (Bray) Melton.
Judy Ann Melton married Jimmy Joe Owens in Wichita Falls on April 2, 1981. She was a lifetime member of the P.T.A. National Organization and founder of the BBAD club. Member of the Highpoint Church of Arlington, Texas for nine years.
Judy is survived by her husband Jimmy Joe Owens and one daughter Shaundra Dombrowski of Arlington, Tx. She is also survived by one sister Mary Catherin Reed of Wichita Falls, Tx; and three brothers William Gene Melton of North Carolina, Tx; Bobby Dean Melton of Wichita Falls, Tx; Donald Lee Melton of Wichita Falls, Tx; and two grandchildren.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents Billy Gene and Margia Deanne Melton.
Services will be Thursday July 7, 2011 at the First Baptist Church in Spur, Texas at 2:00 p.m. with Gary Simons officiating under the direction of Campbell Funeral Home in Spur, Texas. Interment will follow at the Spur Memorial Cemetery in Spur, Texas.
