Anita OlivarezAnita Olivarez 85, passed away Monday September 19, 2011 in Amarillo, Tx. She was born on July 26, 1926 to Luis and Loretta Garcia.

Anita worked as a cook and server in the food industry while caring for her family.

Anita is survived by three children; two sons Joe Olivarez and wife Rachel of Ballinger, Tx; and Henry Olivarez and wife Joan of Amarillo, Tx; and one daughter Gracie Homer and husband Chris of Amarillo, Tx. She is also survived by two sisters Julia Puente of Lorenzo, Tx and Francis Navarro of Woodrow, Tx as well as three brothers Pete Garcia of Spur, Tx; Wells Garcia of Ralls, Tx and Joe John Garcia of Spur, Tx. She was blessed to have had nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.

Anita was preceded in death by her husband Estaban Olivarez Jr.; her parents Luis and Loretta Garcia; one son Michael Olivarez and four brothers.

Rosary will be Tuesday September 20, 2011 at St. Mary�s Catholic Church from 7:00 � 8:00 p.m. Services will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday September 21, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. St. Mary�s Catholic Church in Spur, Texas under the direction of Campbell Funeral Home in Spur, Tx.
