G.T. O'Guinn Buried Sunday

Funeral services for G.T. O'Guinn were held at the family residence two miles north of Spur, 2:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon. Rev. E.L. Yeats, pastor of Spur Methodist Church conducted the services. Interment followed in Spur cemetery with Bill Kinney in charge.

Mr. O'Guinn was born February 27, 1886 in TN. He moved at an early age to TX. He joined the Methodist church at the age of 25 and had been faithful member since that time. Two weeks ago he was talking to his brother-in-law and said that he was prepared to meet the Lord.

He is survived by his wife, mother, sister and brother. His father one brother and three sisters have passed on. He died Jan. 25, 1:30 p.m. being 50 years, 11 months and 3 days old.
