Services for Hilton Moore, 67, of Spur were held 3 P.M. Monday, February 7, 2005 at Bethel Baptist Church in Spur, with Revs. Tommy Henderson and C.L. Atkinson officiating. Burial was in Spur Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Campbell Funeral Home in Spur. He died Friday, February 4, 2005 in Amarillo.Hilton was born September 5, 1937 in Van Zandt County, Texas to Thed and Cora Avis Moore. He had been a Dickens county resident for 64 years. He married Glenda Henderson in November of 1955. He served in the Army and was a heavy equipment operator and truck driver for many years. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters. Mr. Moore is survived by his wife, two sons, Hilton Clifford Moore, Jr. and Billy Moore both of Spur, one daughter, Linda Bradford of Spur, one brother, Roy Moore of Lubbock, two sisters, Shirley Lingerfelt and Sue Roman both of Kingsland, and six grandchildren.

Services for Glenda Moore, 64, of Spur were held Tuesday, April 12, 2005 at Bethel Baptist Church, Spur with Rev. Tommy Henderson officiating. Burial followed in Spur Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Campbell Funeral Home in Spur.She died Friday, April 8, 2005 in Crosbyton.
Glenda was born June 10, 1940 in Dobbs City, Texas to E.L. and Clairsie O'Guinn. She married Hilton Moore in November of 1955 in Spur. He preceded her in death February 1, 2005. She was the manager of Duckwalls in Spur before retiring after more than 20 years of service. She was also involved in Girl Scouts as a den leader.
Mrs. Moore was also preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by two sons, Billy Moore of Dickens and Hilton Clifford Moore, Jr. of Spur, one daughter, Linda Bradford ofSpur, two brothers, Tommy Henderson of Spur and Alton Henderson of Lubbock, one sister, Peggy Bradford of Spur and six grandchildren.
