Rosary services for Leandro Molina, 73, of Spur were recited at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 17, 1988, in St. Mary´s Catholic Church.
Mass was held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 18, 1988, in the same church with the Rev. Larry Hemp officiating.
Burial was in Spur Memorial Cemetery under direction of Campbell Funeral Home.
He died at 6:50 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 16, 1988, in Crosbyton Clinic Hospital after a lengthy illness.
He was born in Yorktown and moved to Spur in 1958. He was a farm laborer. He married Epifania Moreno in 1938. She died in 1952. He was a Catholic.
Survivors include three sons, Saragosa and Rudy, both of Spur, and Roy of Austin, seven daughters, Edlia Grando and Bita Bryand, both of Crosbyton, Mary Cuellar of Sweetwater, Lupe Castillo and Caroline Vasquez, both of Spur, Teresa Martinez of Austin and Hope Jaure of Idalou; two sisters, Dominga of Houston and Julia of Spur; 47 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
