Funeral services for Beatric B. McKnight, 89, were held Sunday at 3 p.m. in Campbell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. George Price, pastor of the First United Methodist Church, officiating.She died April 18, 1986 about 6 p.m. in the White Settlement Nursing Home in Fort Worth. A former resident of Dickens County where she lived most of her early life, she had lived in Fort Worth for many years. She was a retired office manager for Sunniland Oil Company, Fort Worth. She was the granddaughter of the late H.T. Garnet, one of the early pioneer families of Dickens County.
She was a graduate of Spur High School, class of 1922.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Bonds, Fort Worth and Vashti Campbell, also of Fort Worth and seven cousins.
