Graveside services for Michael Dennis McKinney, 37, of Dallas, were at 3 p.m. February 17, 1991 in Spur Memorial Cemetery. Dr. Genoa Goad, pastor of the First Baptist Church, Spur, officiated.

Campbell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

McKinney died February 15 in Dallas following a lengthy illness. He was born May 2, 1953 in McCarney. He as an architectural engineer and designed many buildings in the Dallas area. He was a graduate of Texas Tech University.

He is survived by his father, Grover C. McKinney, Abilene and his mother, Zella Watson McKinney, Ablene; his grandmother, Ouida Huber, Breckenridge; one sister, Christi McKinney, Abilene and an aunt and uncle and many cousins.
