Funeral services for D. Irvin Loe, a farmer, will be held Friday afternoon at 3 p.m. in the East Highway 70 Church of Christ.Mr. Loe died in El Paso. He was a member of the Church of Christ, American Legion, and a veteran of World War I.
Survivors include his wife, Spur; a daughter, Mrs. Billie Stark, El Paso; six sisters, Edna Pinkerton, Rochester; Emma Lee, Abilene; Blanche Collier, Las Vegas, NV; Mrs. J. D. Williamson, Brownfield; Winnie Anderson, Lubbock; and Mrs. Bodie Stafford, Midland.
Interment will be in Spur cemetery.

Funeral services were December 26 at 2:30 p.m. in the Spur Church of Christ for Mrs. D.I. Loe.Gary Williams, minister, officiated; assisted by Glen Davis, Lubbock.
Mrs. Loe died Dec. 24 in a Crosbyton Rest Home, following a lengthy illness.
A member of the Church of Christ, Mrs. Loe had been a resident of Dickens County for 44 years.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Sue L. Stark, Bangkok, Thailand; mother, Mrs. Sudie Murphy, Plains; two sisters, Mrs. Pearl Loe, Plains and Mrs. Nina Smith, Lubbock; two brothers, Preston Murphy and T.J. Murphy, both of Plains; two grandchildren.
Pallbearers included Everett Martin, George Nalley, Robert Crawford, Gwyn Long, Olan Daughtry, Johnny Koonsman and Fred Arrington.
Interment was in Spur Cemetery.
