Edna Louise Lindsey, 82, of Spur died Tuesday, March 25, 2008.

Services were held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 27 at First Baptist Church in Spur with Rev. Tommy Henderson officiating. Burial was in Spur Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Campbell Funeral Home.

Louise was born January 13, 1926 in Duncan Flat, TX to Andrew and Edna Sedgewick Cook. She attended Patton Springs schools for several years, but graduated from Levelland High School. She had lived in Dickens County for most of her life. Lousie was a member of First Baptist Church and a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons, Mike Lindsey of Quitman, TX and Earl Lindsey of Spur; 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her paretns and one daughter, Carolyn Ann Hyatt.

The family suggests memorials to South Dickens County Senior Citizens Center, 210 Burlington,Spur, Texas 79370.
