Pitchfork Ranch Employee Buried Here Sunday

Funeral services for Dale Brighton Isdell, 47, were held Sunday at the Campbell's Funeral Chapel at 2 p.m., Rev. W.D. McReynolds, pastor of First Methodist Church officiating.

Mr. Isdell died at Spur Memorial Hospital on Jan. 12 following a brief illness. He had resided in the county for about two years. He was an employee of the Pitchfork Land and Cattle Company. He was a member of the Methodist Church.

Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Mary Aagua Isdell, Vinson, Virginia; two sisters, Mrs. C.D. Newell and Mrs. J.A. Gearhart, both of Vinton, Virginia.

Pallbearers were Herman T. Reger, Ern Scott, C.R. Cross, Claude Ray Drennan, Jim West and J.T. Johnson.

Interment was in Spur cemetery.
