Funeral services for Francis Marion (Bob) Hahn, 66 were held at the First Baptist Church Sunday, February 14, 1960, with Rev. J.E. Lee, assisted by Wayne Grizzle officiating. He died February 21. Interment was in Spur Cemetery.Hahn was a deacon in the Bethel Baptist Church and past Master of the Masonic Lodge. He was married to Pearl Futrell at Swenson, TX, December 12, 1913.
He is survived by his wife, five sons and one daughter, Lavada of the home, Ira, Brownfield, Jerry, Dallas, Glen, Merle and Robert of Spur. One brother, Roy of Swenson and two sisters, Mrs. Frank Hayer and Mrs. Pat Mitchell of Aspermont; 7 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Masonic services were held at the graveside.

Funeral services for Vera Pearl Hahn, 88, were held Monday at 3 p.m. in the Bethel Baptist Church Rev. Billy Smith, Lubbock officiated, assisted by Rev. Charles Galloup, Bethel Baptist pastor.Mrs. Hahn died January 21, in the Spur Care Center. Born Vera Futrell on January 14, 1896 in Jones County, she married F.M. (Bob) Hahn in Stonewall County on Dec. 28, 1913. Her husband preceded her in death on February 12, 1960.
She had been a resident of Dickens County since 1925 coming here from Kent County. She was a housewife and a member of the Bethel Baptist Church.
Survivors include 4 sons: Irs, Brownfield; Jerry, Dallas; Glen, Sweetwater; Robert, Spur; one daughter, Lavada, Spur; eight grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and 3 great greats.
Pallbearers included Donnie Reeves, Max Haney, T.C. Sandlin, David Atkins, Roy Henry Hahn, Mike Mitchell and B.K. Beadle.
Burial was in the Spur Cemetery.
