Mrs. Eddie Gruben, wife of W.C. Gruben, died Wednesday of last week at their home in Spur after an illness of only a few days. The remains were interred Thursday in the Spur cemetery, the funeral services being held in the home.
Mr. And Mrs. Gruben had been married less than a year, and her death at this time is a great bereavement to the husband and family. Mrs. Gruben was a lady of true character, entertaining the highest ideals and possessing the greatest womanly attainments. Her death at this time, almost at the beginning of a useful life, is a sad occurrence, and to the bereaved husband and relatives we join their many friends in extending since sympathy and condolence.
