Mrs. L.B. Grizzle of Watson, Died Sunday at a Sanitarium in Lubbock
Mrs. L.B. Grizzle, of the Watson community to the southwest of Spur, died Sunday of this week in a Lubbock sanitarium where she had been carried for treatment and possibly a surgical operation. Her remains were brought to Spur where interment was made Monday afternoon, the funeral services being conducted at the Baptist Church, a large number of friends of the family being in attendance to pay their last tribute of respect to the deceased.
Ms. Grizzle was a good, Christian woman, loved and respected by neighbors and friends, and the Grizzle families are among the most highly respected of the community in which they live.
The Texas Spur extends sympathy to the family in this hour of great sorrow and bereavement.
