Grimes Baby Died Monday Morning

Mary Lucille, 6 months and nine days old daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Weldon Grimes, died Monday morning, May 20, at 11 o'clock. She had suffered of a heart ailment since birth and had never gained sufficient strength to overcome the affliction.

Rev. R.C. Brown and Rev. E.L. Yeats officiated at the funeral services which were held at the residence at 11 o'clock Tuesday morning. Interment was made in Spur Cemetery following the service. W.B. Williams directing the funeral.

Out of town relatives and friends here for the services were two sisters and a brother of Mrs. Grimes, a sister of Mrs. Grimes, namely, Mr. and Mrs. W.N. Henderson and George Graves of Abilene; Mr. And Mrs. Dick Rowland of Stamford, and Miss Mary Catherine Grimes, accompanied by Mr. Myron Kinney, of Dallas.
