Funeral services for Esther McKnight Grady, 81, a retired executive secretary, were held Saturday at 10 a.m. in the First United Methodist Church. Retired minister John Nay officiated, assisted by Rev. Norris Taylor, pastor of the First Baptist Church.

Mrs. Grady died at her home in Ft. Worth January 21. She was a former resident of Dickens County, living here early in life. Her husband preceded her in death.

She is survived by three sisters, Miss Beatrice McKnight, Mrs. Ruth Bonds, and Mrs. Vashti Campbell, all of Ft. Worth, several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers included Bunk Garner, Rip Garner, Jesse Morrison, Swatt Jones, Toby Collett and Horace Hyatt.

Burial was in Spur Cemetery.
