Miss Nina Nadine Grabener, 17 year of age, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H.E. Grabener of Spur, died Saturday night at the home of her sister in Amarillo, following a brief illness diagnosed as scarlet fever. Mr. and Mrs. Grabener were called to the bedside and with her sisters, Mr. and Mrs. Artie Jones, Mr. and Mrs. Dee Scroggins, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Ewell of Amarillo and Mr. and Mrs. Sam Blair of near Spur accompanied the body to Spur where interment was made Tuesday afternoon in Spur Cemetery.

Another sister, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Connelee of Denver, Colo. were also here to attend the funeral.
