Funeral services for Mrs. Frances Jane Gibson, 62, will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m. in the First Baptist Church with Rev. Norris Taylor officiating. Assisting will be Rev. Glenn Reece of Post and Rev. David Dyer, Spur.

Mrs. Gibson died July 16 in St. Mary's Hospital Lubbock. She had been a resident of Dickens County most of her life. She was a member of the Baptist Church.

Surviving are two sons, William L. Gibson, Denver City; and Bobby Gibson, Norfolk, Va.; one daughter, Mrs. Jo Howell, Post; five brothers, Bill Hutton, Spur; Elzo Hutton, Odessa; Melvin Hutton, El Centro, CA; John Hutton, Brownfield; Burl Hutton, Long Beach, CA; two sisters, Mrs. Mildred Gatlin, Spur and Mrs. Lois Cox, Long Beach, CA; and 8 grandchildren.

Pallbearers will include Robert Hahn, Ted Smith, Junior Hagins, Alvis Bilberry, Tommie Henderson and John Freeman.

Burial will be in the Spur Cemetery.
