Oney Hendon Gaston passed away December 21, 2009 at the age of 70. He was born July 17, 1939 to William David and Ruby Beam Gaston in Emory Raines County, Texas

Oney spent his live as a truck driver and mechanic before retiring. Graveside service will be Wednesday December 23, 2009 at 2:00pm at the Spur Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Campbell Funeral Home with Rev. Rory Mosley officiating.

Oney is survived by two daughters Tonya Ryan of Spur, Texas and Marrisa Carr of Texas. One son Kevin Gaston of Texas. Three sister Edith Bryant of Caddo Mills, Texas, Lola Tucker of Quinlan, Texas and Nina Woods of Marble Falls, Texas. Two brothers Lonnie Gaston of Marble Falls, Texas and Joe Gaston Jayton, Texas. Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Oney was preceded in death by his parents William and Ruby Gaston.
