SPUR (Special) — Rosary for Trinidad Riojas Garcia, 89, of Spur will be at 7 p.m. today and Monday in St. Mary´s Catholic Church.

Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the same church with the Rev. William Brennen officiating.

Burial will be in Spur Memorial Cemetery under direction of Campbell Funeral Home.

She died Saturday, March 29, 1997, at her residence.

She was born Sept. 22, 1917, in Rio Grande City. She married Wenceslado F. Garcia on Nov. 22, 1936, in Rio Grande City. He died Oct. 16, 1981. She moved to Spur in 1956. She was a member of the Guadalupanas Society. She was a Catholic.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include five sons, Albert of Sweetwater, Noe, Raul and John, all of Waxahachie, and Robert of Amarillo; seven daughters, Mary Ramos, Justa DeLeon and Emma Riojas, all of Waxahachie, Estela Barron of Lubbock, Mina Garcia of Spur, Lupe Benavidez of Spur and Adelaida Garcia of Fort Worth; a stepdaughter, Olivia Pena of Rio Grande City; a brother, Timoteo Riojas of Italy, Texas; 43 grandchildren; and 54 great-grandchildren.
