U.S.Flag SPUR � Memorial services for John David Foreman, 62, of Spur will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church in Spur with the Rev. Larry Burton officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Campbell Funeral Home of Spur.

He died Saturday, Sept. 21, 2002.

He was born Dec. 17, 1939, in Spur. He graduated from Spur High School in 1958. He served in the Army during the Korean War. He had worked in the oilfield for 25 years and worked for Dickens County for 10 years before retiring.

He was a lifetime resident of Spur and a member of the Dickens Lions Club and First United Methodist Church of Spur.

Survivors include three daughters, Tamara Seider of Gholson and Jodi De'Nece Foreman and Samantha Foreman, both of Lubbock; two brothers, Mike of Lubbock and James Robert of Sugarland; two sisters, Merla Watson of Spur and Paula Crausbay of Sweetwater; and four grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials to First United Methodist Church of Spur, P.O. Box 415, Spur, TX 79370.
