Graveside services for Edna G. Fletcher, 86, Spur were held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 26, 1995 in Spur Memorial Cemetery, Rev. Norris Taylor, officiated. Campbell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Fletcher was born August 21, 1908 in Rule, Texas. She had been a resident of Dickens County for 54 years. She died Friday, June 21, 1995 in Crosbyton Clinic Hospital.

She was a hostess at a museum and sales clerk at a dress shop and a member of the Spur Chapter of the Eastern Star and First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse in 1966; a son, Olan Daughtry in 1983 and a son-in-law, Charlie Arrington in March of 1995; and 9 brothers and sisters.

Survivors include one son, James E. Daughtry, Taylor, TX; a daughter, Joyce Arrington, Spur; a daughter-in-law, Liz Daughtry, Spur and a sister, Rilla Sonnamaker, six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Dickens County EMS.
