Lupe FergusonLupe Ferguson, 56 ended her 11 year battle to Cancer on October 2, 2010 on her terms. She was born on October 5, 1953 to Isabel and Beatrice Tagle in Rio Hondo, Texas.

Lupe was a loving wife to Don Ferguson for 19 years In those 19 years they blended two families to make one big family and packed a lifetime of love most only dream of. She was a stern mother and doting grandmother. She was an inspiration to her brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and friends. Lupe worked as a correctional officer for 18 years. She loved life fishing and her family.

She is survived by her husband Don Ferguson of Spur, Texas. She is also survived by six daughters, Lina West and her two children; Angie Hadderton and husband Heath and their six children; Vanessa Pena and husband Perfect and their six children; Melody Zungia and husband Victor and their seven children; Stephanie Saiz and husband Jeremy and their two children; and Jennifer Ferguson and one son Alfonso Morales Jr. and his daughter. She was also survived by nine great grandbabies. Lupe is also survived by five sisters, Mary Gonz alez; Cruz Saucedo; Gloria Pecina, Ester Segura and Maria Grace Price and three brothers Romeo Tagle; Mike Tagle; and John Tagle.

Lupe was preceded in death by her parents Isabel and Beatrice Tagle, four brothers and two sisters.

Pallbearers are Kain West, Skylor Taylor, Daniel Zuniga, Margarito Zuniga, Chris Zuniga, and Perfect Pena. Honorary Pallbearers are Heath Hadderton, Victor Zuniga, Jeremy Saiz, Alfonso Morales Sr., Alfonso Morales Jr., Michaela Morales, Kaitlyn West and Veronica Zuniga.

There will be a Rosary for Lupe on Monday October 4, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. at the Campbell Funeral Home Chapel . Services for Lupe will be Wednesday October 6, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at the First United Methodist Church with Larry Burton officiating under the direction of Campbell Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Spur Memorial Cemetery.
