Obituary

U.S.Flag   Graveside services for Charles Arthur (C.A.) Denson, Jr., 75, of Nacogdoches, were held Saturday, August 24, 1996 in Spur Memorial Cemetery at 10 a.m. with Rev. Billy Smith, Lubbock, officiating.

Mr. Denson was born Friday, October 29, 1920 near Spur to Charles Arthur and Marcy Brown Denson, and died August 1, 1996 at Nacogdoches Medic in Nacogdoches. His parents preceded him in death.

He was a member of the Shady Oaks Baptist Church, Hurst; American Legion Post 0086; Life member of the Parents & Teachers (National Congress) and a member of TSTA. He was a retired school teacher.

Survivors include his wife, one son, Charles Denson, Nacogdoches; two brothers, Morris Denson, Eunice, NM; and Rex Denson, Rowlett; two sisters, Cleo Hahn, Post and Eunice Burt, Abilene.

Graveside services were conducted by Campbell Funeral Home, Spur.
