Funeral services were held Saturday at 4 p.m. in the First Baptist Church, Spur, for Mrs. Lillian E. Corbin, 80. She died July 18 in West Texas Hospital, Lubbock.

Rev. Tut Jones, Tahoka Baptist, pastor, officiated, assisted by Rev. Norris Taylor, pastor of the Spur First Baptist Church.

Mrs. Corbin came to Dickens County in 1921. She had been a resident of Colonial Nursing Home, Tahoka, for the past several years. She was a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Itasca Messer, Meadow; two brothers, James Williams, Lingleville and Jack Williams, Abilene; one sister, Mrs. Lela Jackson, Dalhart; five grandchildren and nine great grand children.

Pallbearers included Glen Williams, Wayford Williams, L.J. Williams, Dan Williams, bob Wall, Don Wall and Tommy Messer.

Burial was in the Spur Cemetery.
