Obituary

SPUR (Special) — Services for Ollie Belle Cato, 81, of Lubbock will be at 2 p.m. today in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. George Price, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Spur Cemetery under direction of Campbell Funeral Home.

She died at 12:41 p.m. Wednesday in Lubbock´s Methodist Hospital after a brief illness.

She was born in Red River County and moved form Dickens County to Lubbock in 1944. She married Hubert Cato on Dec. 15, 1928, in Spur. He died in 1937. She was an office manager at Kimbell Wholesale Grocery for 25 years.

Survivors include a son, Lowell "Sonny" of Lubbock; two brothers, Wilmer Slaton of Lubbock and Ben Slaton of Glen Rose; three sisters, Gillie Heard of Lubbock, Icie Bethel of Slaton and Chloe Sims of Eunice, NM; and two grandchildren.
