W.M. Buske Buried Monday

Funeral services for William M. Buske were held Monday at 3 p.m. in the First Baptist church, Rev. John Jenkins officiated, assisted by Joel V. Grimes Avoca and J. Temple Lewis, Stamford.

Mr. Buske was a retired farmer. He died September 21 in Spur Memorial Hospital. He had been a resident of Dickens County since 1955, coming here from Abernathy. He was a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, four daughters, Mrs. Bill Corder, Spur; Mrs. Ed Shackelford, Dallas; Mrs. B.W. Donahoe, Dallas; Mrs. Austin Goodwin, Wichita Kansas; four sons, Bill, Spur; T.J., Wellington; M.C. Stamford; P.I., Kress; two brothers, Charley, Aberntahy; August, Anson; four sisters, Mrs. henry McAlmore, Mrs. Fred Anderson, Miss Ollie Buske and Mrs. R.V. Young, all of Stamford.

Thirteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive.

Pallbearers included A.C. Atkins, Charles Auburg, Pat Winkler, J.E. Bachman, A.B. Carlisle and John Quattlebaum.

Burial was in the Spur Cemetery.
