Lonnie Andrews Dies Suddenly

U.S.Flag   Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon in the Spur Church of Christ for Lonnie Thomas Andrews, 41. Charles Adams, church minister, officiated.

Mr. Andrews died suddenly in Hereford, March 6.

Born in Dickens County in 1922, he had spent all his life in Dickens and Motley counties. He was a veteran of W.W.II and a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include one brother, Ellis Andrews of Brownfield; three sisters, Mrs. R.L. Nance, Plainview, Mrs. J.W. Vickey, Afton, and Mrs. I.D. King, Levelland.

Pallbearers included Loyd Rudder, Frank Murphy, Alton Marshall, Matador, Dennis Rasberry, Ropersville, Eugene Watson, Plainview, and Mike McDonald, Plainview.

Burial was in the Spur cemetery.
