Funeral services for W. B. (Bud) Williams, 90, were held Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Bethel Baptist church. Rev. Bill Sanders, pastor, officiating.

Mr. Williams, a retired farmer, died April 16. He had been a resident of Dickens County since 1900.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Laura Williams, Spur; two daughters, Mrs. Hazel McClain and Mrs. Orien Patterson, both of Spur; a brother, Tom Williams, Spur; three sisters, Mrs. Effie Jones, Kalgary; Mrs. Lucy Spears, Ft. Stockton; and Mrs. Ava Johnson, Dickens. Six grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren also survive.

Grandsons served as pallbearers, they included: Charles McClain, Larry Patterson, Wayne Gile, Eddie Clement, Lawrence Gardner and Allen McClain.

Burial was in Red Mud Cemetery.
