Funeral services were held July 20 for Mrs. Catherine Sue Smith, 31, at the East Bethel Baptist Church in Stamford. She died August 18.Her late husband was Monroe Smith, son of Mr. And Mrs. Alto Smith, Crosbyton, formerly of Spur. He died in September of 1960. He was killed on an electric line. They had resided in Stamford since 1955. A daughter and two sons survive.
Interment was in Red Mud Cemetery.
