Funeral services for Everette Olen Feaster, 65, a retired farmer, were held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Bethel Baptist Church. Church pastor, Rev. Bill Sanders, officiated. He was assisted by Rev. J. E. Lee, Plainview, and former pastor here. Mr. Feaster died in Spur January 29, 1976. He made his home in Dickens County from 1934 to 1957. His present home was near Haskell.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Opal Feaster, Haskell; two daughters, Jean Bell, Tahoka and Maxine Smith, Olton; one sister, Lottie Smith, Spur and his mother, Mrs. Fannie Feaster, Spur. Two grandchildren also survive.

Pallbearers include Clyde Smith, Doug Hinson, J.F. Wellborn, Bennie Fitzgerald and Levi Meador. Burial was in Red Mud Cemetery.
