Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. for Mrs. Monterey Cravey, 78.

Rev. Norris Taylor officiated in the First Baptist Church.

Mrs. Cravey died at her home Sunday. She had been a resident of Kent County since 1916. She had resided in Spur since 1958. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Eastern Star.

Survivors include one son, Gordon Cravey, Spur; one daughter, Mrs. H.L. Casey, Midland; three brothers, George, V.L. and J.R. McKinley, all of Lubbock; four sisters, Mrs. Rado Dobbins, Stamford; Mrs. Vera Hardeman, Longview; Mrs. Glenn Gregory, Ranger and Mrs. Eutic Mathis of Lubbock; five grandchildren.

Pallbearers included J.B. Morrison, Jesse Morrison, Jimmie Stewart, R.D. Stewart, Jessie Daugherty, Jr. and Bill Wyatt.

Interment was in Red Mud Cemetery.
