Funeral services for Brian Clark, 16 year old son of Mr. And Mrs. Kennith Clark, Spur, will be held at 2 p.m. August 7 in the First Baptist Church with Rev. Norris Taylor, Stinnett, officiating.Young Clark died Tuesday as the result of injuries he received in a farm accident about two weeks ago. He was born January 6, 1970 in Lubbock. He died about 8:20 a.m. August 7, 1986. He had been a resident of the Spur area all of his life.
He was a member of the Spur High School football team, the FFA Chapter and the American Junior Rodeo Assn. He was also a member of the Baptist Church.
Surviving besides his parents are one brother, Eddie Clark, Spur; four aunts, Linda Hinson, Fairfax, Virginia; Betty Ford, Aurora, Colo.; Pat Hinson, Lubbock and Alta Gregory, Girard; grandparents, Mary and Doug Hinson, Spur and Ethel and Alton Clark, Girard.
Pallbearers will include Jimmy Arnold, Shane Shobert, Shane Harris, Randell Courtney, Roland Fernandez, Freddie Garcia, Joe Howell and David Fitzgerald.
Memorials made be made to the Brian Clark Weight Room Fund, in care of the Spur High School.

Neighbors and friends of Shorty and Donna Clark, and Mary and Doug Hinson, gathered at the Red Mud Cemetery with mowers, hoes, and rakes and put the cemetery in perfect order recently.Men workers included Harry Martin, Ronnie White, Jim Bob Horn, Bill Bingham, Dwain Hudson, Robert Cox, Dewayne Sexton, Oran Hamilton and Cruise Olivarez.
Young men working were Brandon White, Mark Horn, Bryan Phelps, David Webb, Billy Moore and Doug McArthur. Co-op Gin furnished drinks for the workers.
The Red Mud Cemetery Association would like to express their appreciation to these men, by making a contribution to the Brian Clark Memorial Fund at the Spur Security Bank.
