Thomas M. Brantley Succumbs June 20

Funeral services were conducted for Thomas Mack Brantley in the McAdoo High School Auditorium Sunday, June 21. Bro. Leonard Dennis of McAdoo officiated assisted by Bro. Johnson of Spur.

Brantley was born August 19, 1890 in Georgia. He came to Dickens in 1909 and made his home in the McAdoo Community. He joined the Church of Christ early in life. He and Grace Allen were married in 1916 at McAdoo. She preceded him in death June 25, 1922.

Survivors include one son, Harold of McAdoo and one daughter, Sybil; three brothers, W. A., T. J. and Leamon, all of McAdoo; one granddaughter, Camille Brantley and his mother, Mrs. Emma Brantley of McAdoo.

Interment was in the McAdoo Cemetery with Chandler Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
