Mrs. Brantley, 89, Dies in McAdoo, Service Tuesday
Mrs. Emma Brantley, 89, died in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Bonnie Early, in McAdoo at 11:40 p.m. Monday. She had been residing in the Early home.
Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Tuesday in the McAdoo Church of Christ. Leonard Dennis, minister, officiated at the rites.
Mrs. Brantley was born in Hill County, She first moved to McAdoo in 1909. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include Mrs. Early, her only daughter; three sons, W.A. and Leamon, McAdoo; T. J., Muleshoe; 11 gradchildren.
Burial was in McAdoo cemetery, King Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Lois Nichols, Will Eldridge, John A. Allen, Walter Pullen, Doc Cooper and Willie Phiefer.
