Stephen Madison Bailey b.Sept.12 1871 Murray County, Georgia to Madison George Bailey and Louisa Caroline Stroud. In 1894 Stephen came to Waco McLennan,Texas where he met and married Sarah Elizabeth (Bette) Cady b.Oct.1876 Texas. Stephen and Sarah had five children.
