U.S.Flag   DICKENS (Special) — Services for Kirby V. "Buck" White, 67, of Dickens will be at 3 p.m. Friday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Victor Crabtree, retired Baptist minister, officiating and the Rev. C. L. Atkinson, pastor, assisting.

Burial will be in Dickens Cemetery under direction of Campbell Funeral Home.

White died at 10 p.m. Tuesday in University Hospital in Lubbock after a long illness.

The Breckenridge native had lived most of his life in Dickens County and was a World War II veteran.

Survivors include five brothers, Alton and Clyde, both of Dickens, Kenneth of Stockton, Calif., Tommy of Kosse and Virgil of Arlington and a sister, Annie Mae Payne of Lubbock.
