Funeral services are scheduled Friday at 3 p.m. in the First Baptist Church, Dickens, for Mrs. Edith Emma Steele, 66, who died Tuesday in the Crosbyton Hospital.

Mrs. Steele was a retired railroad clerk with the Southern Pacific. She had lived in Dickens County since her retirement in 1971. She was a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include one son, Bobby Ray Cheyne, Richmond, Calif.; her father, A. J. Rickey, Dickens; four sisters, Mrs. Iv Parkas, Pittsburgh, Pa.; Mrs. Rhenm Jones, Fresno, Calif.; Mrs. Erie Graves, Crockett, Calif.; Mrs. Murl Muller, Isletion, Calif.; two grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Honorary pallbearers will include Robert Reynolds, Clarence Alexander, Johnnie Cumbie, Robert Collier, Walter McCormick, Cecil Meadors and Jim Koonsman. Active pallbearers will be Edgar Robertson, Earl Robertson, Bob Porter, Wright Martin, Clay Edwards.

Burial will be in Dickens Cemetery.
